Refund Policy

We sincerely hope you find your Mystika products suitable and derive ongoing goodness from them. However, should you find a product is not suitable, we would be pleased to coordinate a refund or exchange in accordance with the instructions below.

Mystika will provide you with a refund of the original purchase price or an exchange upon return of the product(s), if the product was purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Product(s) may be exchanged for any product(s) up to the purchase value of the returned product(s). Any additional amount owing beyond the value of the returned product(s) must be paid by the customer.

Should you experience an adverse reaction to a Mystika product, or any quality concerns with your product, please Contact Us immediately for guidance.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mystika.rocks. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
